Sales occasion manager

Clientela has completely configurable occasions which can include:

  1. Birthday trigger 3 days beforehand.
  2. Post Purchase trigger after a purchase has been sent to Clientela
  3. Post Appointment trigger after checkin, typically 5 days after an appointment
  4. Welcome trigger after an appointment booking, due 2 hours before the appointment starts
  5. Product Refill trigger generated by a time stamp, due 3 days after generation
  6. Prospective Client trigger 2 days after the client was created
  7. Back in Stock trigger when item is back in stock, after employee has selected that product to create occasion
  8. Call Back trigger after customer initiated contact via eComm or digital card, or manually set by the employee.
  9. Campaigns manually schedule trigger and due date, automatically generate occasions for entire stores / regions based on client list filters
  10. Assign Manual To Dos manually schedule trigger and due date
