The KPI Productivity Page provides managers and staff with insights into appointment and sales targets, tracking productivity across different levels of the organization. This page allows for tiered visibility, where various managerial roles can monitor the progress of staff against monthly goals.

1. Appointments
Monthly Appointment Targets:
Each staff member is assigned a monthly target for completed appointments, set at an individual level.
Staff should aim to complete a specified number of appointments each month, representing future customer bookings.
2. Sales
Sales Conversion Tracking:
Sales are credited to staff members based on recent customer interactions, such as appointments or occasions.
When a customer makes a purchase following an interaction, the sale counts towards the staff member’s monthly sales goal.
Role Access Levels
1. Brand Admins
Full Visibility:
Can view productivity data for all staff across every store and department.
2. General Managers
Departmental and Store-Level Access:
Can access data for all staff within each department of their specific store.
3. Department or Store Managers
Department/Store-Specific Access:
Can monitor productivity data for staff within their assigned department or store.
4. Sales Associates
Personal Dashboard:
Have access to their own productivity data, enabling them to track their progress toward monthly goals for appointments and sales.
How to Manage Targets for Staff
Targets can be edited via the Staffs Profile in the Staff Manager. These targets can be changed at anytime, but you cannot change any completed months. Future months and the current month can be edited, and can be different for each staff member.
