Overview

The Usage KPI page provides insights into employee login activity, offering an overview of how many employees are actively logging in versus those who are not. This helps monitor engagement levels across various organizational levels.

Key Data Points

  • Employee Login Activity:
    • Tracks logins and logouts for each employee, giving a comprehensive view of active versus inactive users.

Access Levels

1. Brand Admins (BA)

  • Global Access:
    • Can view login data for any country, store, and employee across the organization.

2. General Managers (GM)

  • Store-Level Access:
    • Can access login data for all employees within their assigned store.

3. Department/Store Managers (DM/SM)

  • Departmental Access:
    • Can view login activity for their assigned department(s) across their specific store.

4. Team Members (TM)

  • No Access:
    • Cannot access the Usage KPI feature.
