• Staff first search customers via the global search.
• If a customer cannot be identified, a Create Client button appears.
• Tapping Create Client opens a QR code, scannable by customers.
• Customers add themselves directly on their mobile device.
• Staff can also access the page to add customers if needed.
Required Fields
In order to submit the form, the following are minimum recommended requirements:

Confirmation Page
• Once customers submit the form, they arrive on a confirmation page to review details.
• Customers or staff can click Go Back and Edit to re-open the form.
• When confirming all details, customers arrive on a final confirmation screen.
Client Assignment
• Each digital card is unique to each staff member.
• If an SA adds a client, it is assigned directly to them.
• If an SM/RBA/BA adds a client, they will appear as unassigned.
• Managers can assign unassigned clients to a respective SA.
