Overview

Create appointments and manage schedules directly on a personal or team calendar.

  1. Appointment Status see past, future, and current appointments
  2. Off-Times create calendar blocks for staff members who shouldn't be booked at a certain time for various reasons
  3. Check-In Appointments when a customer arrives for their appointment, check them into our system
  4. Edit or Cancel Appointments does a customer prefer a different time or date? cancel or edit the appointment
  5. View Customers who are coming to the store get a upcoming view of the customers coming to your store that day, open their client profiles directly from the calendar and view questionnaires or any other relevant information before they arrive.

Create Appointment

When creating an appointment, staff have the opportunity to add all types of details:

  1. Customer
  2. Notes
  3. Service
  4. Duration
  5. Date & Time
  6. Assign a staff member
  7. Attach a questionnaire
  8. and more

Out of Box Set-Up Specifications

UI ⚙️ Supported Configuration:
• Hero graphic
• Accent color (magenta shown)
• Copy / label for channel and privacy policy
QR Code / Customer Search • Staff first search customers via the global search.
• If a customer cannot be identified, a Create Client button appears.
• Tapping Create Client opens a QR code, scannable by customers.
• Customers add themselves directly on their mobile device.
• Staff can also access the page to add customers if needed.
Required Fields In order to submit the form, the following are minimum recommended requirements:
• First & Last Name
• At least one communication method:
    - Email
    - Phone Number
• Check Privacy Policy
Custom Configuration ⚙️ Supported Configuration:
• Shown non-required fields can be hidden
• Other existing fields can be set as required
• Client signature ON/OFF (using finger on mobile screen)

Confirmation Page • Once customers submit the form, they arrive on a confirmation page to review details.
• Customers or staff can click Go Back and Edit to re-open the form.
• When confirming all details, customers arrive on a final confirmation screen.
Client Assignment • Each digital card is unique to each staff member.
• If an SA adds a client, it is assigned directly to them.
• If an SM/RBA/BA adds a client, they will appear as unassigned.
• Managers can assign unassigned clients to a respective SA.
