The one:many emailing pairs with the client book/portfolio feature, where you can filter for a group of customers and save them as a client list. When you have a client list, you can build an email that sends individually to each customer. Dynamic parts of the template, for instance the customer's name, fill into the template for each sent email, meaning each customer receives a unique message and they do not see the other customer's names anywhere.

Save a Client List
Tap in email icon next to the Client List you'd like to contact
Select Product Recommendation or Generic Message
If you selected product Recommendation, you'll launch the Catalog to add products to your email and then click Send vis Email
On the Email Builder page, set the following:
Edit Product Details (not required, and only appears if you've selected product recommendation)
Preset Message (not required)
Edit or Type a Subject Line (required)
Edit or Type a Message (required)
Upload media attachments (not required)
One:many emails are limited to 200 recipients at a time by default.
The clients contacted, will be the same clients contacted in your list builder. The number of clients in that list, is equal to the number of unique emails dispatched.
Store Associate
Managers and other roles cannot send one:many emails, only the store associate.
Sends one:many emails based on client lists created from their client book.
Can only send one:many emails to client lists they have created, they cannot utilize other store associates client books.
Flow
Open Your Client Lists Page by going to Manage > Client Lists. The Listing page contains all the lists you've previously created, or lists that a manager had created for you.
Each Client List has an email icon, clicking the email icon allows you to select a message type. On the Send a Message page, you can set a preset message, subject line, body message, and then send your email. The preview button will allow you to see your email without sending your message.
