Overview
In app notifications traditionally exist in a simple to use bell icon. Tap it to browse incoming actions from customers or managers.
Email Notifications
- Bell Icon Count
- Increase: The bell goes up when you receive an inbound email from a customer
- Decrease: The bell goes down once you've
- Redirects
- Clicking the count redirects the user to the mailbox
- Mailbox
- Inbox: This is where incoming emails appear, ordered by most recent to oldest
- Sent: Any messages you've sent to a customer appear here
Appointment Notifcations
- Bell Icon Count
- Increase: The bell goes up when you receive an inbound email from a customer
- Decrease: The bell goes down once you've launched the calendar
- Redirect
- Clicking the count launches the calendar page
Product Notifications
- Bell Count
- Loved: When customers have added a product to their wishlist from an online recommendation sent to them
- Disliked: When customers dislike a product sent to them from an online recommendation
- Increase: When a customer facilitates an action above.
- Decrease: When the store associate launches the notifciation page by clicking on a count
- Redirect
- Clicking on either Loved or Disliked launches the product interactions page
Occasion Notifcations
- Bell Icon Count
- Increase: When a new occasion is generated for a sales associates
- Decrease: When the occasion listing page is launched
- Redirect:
- Tapping Contact Request launches the occasion listing with Contact Request selected as a category
- Tapping Occasions launches the occasion listing with All Occasions selected
