  4. The brands core data capture pillars have been identified, your brand can now track all that matters in one place, including sales, engagement and communications between clients.

Data Capture

  1. Where will your clients arrive? Online via Events, Appointment Registration, or via an Employees Digital Business Card? Or in-store with an employee, or in-store by themselves, the experience is yours.
  2. Notify employees about new appointments with clients via email within the Clientela platform, or SMS / iMessage
  3. Identify and learn more about your client right when data is captured, open the client profile straight from an appointment confirmation, or the calendar.
