The Client Registration Card is a digital tool designed to capture and customize customer data, enabling businesses to improve customer interactions, enhance prospect conversion, and drive upselling efforts. The card supports capturing a range of customer information, including demographics, selling preferences, and specific product interests, and can integrate optional or required questionnaires for additional insights.

1. Customizable Data Capture

  • Demographics:
    Capture essential demographic details like age, gender, location, and other relevant information that helps tailor the customer experience.
  • Context & Selling Preferences:
    Gain insight into the context of the purchase (e.g., buying for a friend, personal need, etc.) and use this data to personalize future recommendations and interactions.
  • Product Preferences:
    Record customers' preferences for particular products or services, allowing for more personalized upselling opportunities.

2. Questionnaire Builder

  • Build custom questionnaires to capture specific information for different services, products, or events.
  • Define the data you need by creating service- or event-specific questionnaires.
  • Add diagnostic or simulation tools (e.g., product diagnostics like Revieve) to better understand customer needs.
  • Set questions as optional or required based on the registration flow and the data your business needs to capture.

5. Entry Flows

  • Confirmation Page Before Creation:
    Before finalizing the customer registration, staff can review the collected information and make any necessary changes on a confirmation page, ensuring that the data is accurate and complete before the customer profile is created.
