Send via Chat App

When the recommendation is sent via a Chat App, Clientela will generate a unique URL that will link to the product recommendation. The preset message will be filled directly in the chat app, and the store associate can add any unique emojis or images.

• Edit the product description
• Assign a preset message
• Review your message in Clientela, and in the chat app before pressing send
• Changed your mind and don't like the message? Remove it and start again
• Clientela will generate a tinyURL that can be customized by the brand; product fields, employee details, action buttons
