  4. In-store & eCom Wishlist: Create and categorize a customers wishlist, whether in-person personal shopping, or for online customers; understanding their interests / browsing.

Data Flow

There are two types of data flow that exist in Clientela, each can be either dependent on each other, or not.

  1. Clientela Data: Clientela offers the ability to store entirely new types of content about your customers; Notes, Personal Preferences, Questionnaires , Send Communications, Triggered Occasions, Tags
  2. Brand Data: If your brand has an existing database, Clientela is able to pull and display all of that information via API (preferred) or other forms of integration
  3. Clientela x Brand Data: We combine our data to bring new insight about a customer; engagement status, automated to dos, campaigns, VIP and Loyalty tiers, and more
